Shipping policy

MANUFACTURING TIMES AND DELIVERY
Once manufacturing is complete, your order will be packed and scheduled for delivery. You will receive an email with tracking details and a shipping confirmation once the products have been dispatched.

As our products are custom-made, manufacturing times may vary slightly depending on stock availability and the specific products ordered. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you promptly to keep you informed.

If your order includes multiple products, they will be manufactured and shipped together once all items are completed.

FREIGHT DAMAGES
TO APPLY FOR THE FOLLOWING, YOU MUST PAY THE ADDITIONAL CHARGE FOR DELIVERY INSURANCE ON YOUR PRODUCTS, WHICH WILL COVER YOUR ORDER FROM DELIVERY DAMAGE OR LOSS.

If you are home at the time of delivery and the box appears damaged, please DO NOT sign for the delivery and refuse the items.
We will then investigate the damage and arrange for the products to be rectified and shipped again.

If you are not home at the time of delivery and the products are damaged, please take photos of the damaged packaging and items and email them to info@anytime-blinds.com.au.
Alternatively, call us, and we will find a solution and re-manufacture the products if needed.

ALL DAMAGES MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 48 HOURS OF DELIVERY TO BE COVERED. DO NOT INSTALL A DAMAGED OR FAULTY PRODUCT, AS THIS WILL VOID THE WARRANTY.
