MANUFACTURING TIMES AND DELIVERY
Once manufacturing is complete, your order will be packed and scheduled for delivery. You will receive an email with tracking details and a shipping confirmation once the products have been dispatched.
As our products are custom-made, manufacturing times may vary slightly depending on stock availability and the specific products ordered. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you promptly to keep you informed.
If your order includes multiple products, they will be manufactured and shipped together once all items are completed.
Product Est. Manufacturing Times:
Roller Blinds: 3 Weeks
Roman Blinds: 3 Weeks
Vertical Blinds: 2 Weeks
Venetian Blinds: 2 Weeks
Curtains: 3-4 Weeks (depending on stock of fabrics)
Shutters: 6-8 Weeks
All Awnings: 3-4 Weeks
Samples: Same Day Dispatch
Please note: We cannot accept PO boxes as a delivery address. Delivery times will vary based on your location.
WARRANTIES
All products made by Anytime Blinds are covered by a limited lifetime warranty for as long as you have the products in a residential property.
This warranty does not cover: Damage from misuse, improper installation, standard wear and tear, and exposure to weather and sun.
RETURNS
At Anytime Blinds, we custom-make all products. If there is an issue with your measurements or the colours you have chosen online, we cannot accept returns.
Products go into manufacturing as soon as the order is placed, so they cannot be altered or changed.
Please ensure all measurements are correct, and you are satisfied with the product and colours before confirming your order.
FABRIC COLOUR DISCLAIMER
Colours may slightly vary from the images on the computer. Please request samples if you are not 100% sure. We recommend this before purchasing.
Dye lot variation can occur between finished blinds and colour samples. These variances are minimal but can happen.
Anytime Blinds reserves the right to cancel your order if:
- There is a stock shortage; in this case, we will notify you of a suitable alternative replacement.
- Your payment has been declined.
- Any price discrepancies are due to a website malfunction or a typing error on the site.
If your order is cancelled, we will refund your account as soon as possible.
PRODUCT PICK-UP
We allow customers to pick up from our factory in Thomastown. Please ensure you know the product sizes and bring a suitable vehicle for pick-up.
ALL PRICES LISTED ON OUR WEBSITE ARE IN AUD AND ARE INCLUSIVE OF GST.

We have designed and reviewed our website to ensure no links are attached that may be deemed undesirable for our customers.
AUTHORITY TO LEAVE
Anytime Blinds will advise by email or text message when your item is ready for dispatch. We cannot nominate a specific delivery date, so we always mark "authority to leave" if no one is available to receive the delivery. If you prefer not to have this option, please inform us when ordering, and you can pick up from the nearest depot.
FREIGHT DAMAGES
TO APPLY FOR THE FOLLOWING, YOU MUST PAY THE ADDITIONAL CHARGE FOR DELIVERY INSURANCE ON YOUR PRODUCTS, WHICH WILL COVER YOUR ORDER FROM DELIVERY DAMAGE OR LOSS.
If you are home at the time of delivery and the box appears damaged, please DO NOT sign for the delivery and refuse the items.
We will then investigate the damage and arrange for the products to be rectified and shipped again.
If you are not home at the time of delivery and the products are damaged, please take photos of the damaged packaging and items and email them to info@anytime-blinds.com.au.
Alternatively, call us, and we will find a solution and re-manufacture the products if needed.
ALL DAMAGES MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 48 HOURS OF DELIVERY TO BE COVERED. DO NOT INSTALL A DAMAGED OR FAULTY PRODUCT, AS THIS WILL VOID THE WARRANTY.
REFUND AND RETURNS
Your satisfaction is our priority at Anytime Blinds. If your item is faulty upon receipt or not as described, we will gladly exchange it or refund your credit card. All returns are subject to us receiving the item within 7 days of purchase. Items must be returned in their original packaging and, unless damaged upon receipt, must be unused and in saleable condition.

CONDITIONS OF USE
Please note: All product images are digital and for illustration purposes only. Colours and shades may vary from the image/description.
FREIGHT
If you are not home when the delivery arrives, a card will be left advising you to contact the courier company to arrange another delivery time. Additional fees may apply.
Recess Fit Measurements (Inside Mount)
A recess mount fits between the architraves on your window. Deductions are made during manufacturing to ensure the blind fits and operates correctly.
Face Fit Measurements (Outside Mount)
An outside-mounted blind usually overlaps your architraves or window, providing minimal light gaps and maximum privacy. No deductions are made for this type, so exact measurements must be provided.
Discontinued / Back Ordered Items
While we make every effort to keep items updated on our website, Anytime Blinds has no control over items that are back-ordered or discontinued by manufacturers.
Cancellations & Refunds
As our products are custom-made, they cannot be resold. Therefore, it is essential to be sure of your decision before placing an order.
Delivery
Delivery takes approximately 10-12 working days from the receipt of your order. We strive to deliver as soon as possible but cannot be held responsible for delays.
Guarantee / Warranty
Please check your blinds for delivery damage upon receipt. Damaged blinds will be repaired or replaced free of charge. All blinds purchased from Anytime Blinds have a 12-month guarantee against manufacturing faults.
